A1707 820-00928 Sometimes kernel panic in sleep mode. Seems to be hardware

Laptop works perfect, never crashes, but sometimes when going into sleep modus, this thing reboots and tells about Kernel Panic. It happens both on charger as on battery, but more often when connected on charger.
Read some stories about defective Touchbar, but this Touchbar works fine.

This Macbook has a "new" board with original fault a short on C4928 (PP3V0_MESA_CONN).

So after the change, I had a few crazy things on the touchbar when waking from sleep (not responding, some vanished symbols,...). Reset PRAM solved it, but after doing this, I sometimes get this Kernel Panic.

What could this be?

Not sure if I correctly understood; original board was changed because of a shorted cap?

Anything pops up starting in AHT?
Apart of PRAM reset, do SMC reset too.

Save the data and reinstall macOS from Internet Recovery.
You must discard a software issue first.

original board has lots of interrupted ways. Especially in the area of the CD3215 chips. So this wasn't fixable anymore. The previous owner tried to fix this board by himself with no luck and lots of damage.

I bought a secondhand defective board in the US (=cheap). This board had the short on C4928. This is fixed, after that the board works fine except the sleep-crash behavior.

AHT says everything is fine.

Did both resets: PRAM and SMC.

Did a reinstall of macOS twice.
The new board came with Catalina installed. I putted a USB drive with bootable Monterey and installed this OS the first time from the USB. The second time I reinstalled using Internet Recovery.
Cleared the SSD completely and reinstalled OS in both situations.

I could try to reinstall his original software from 2017 High Sierra and update from High Sierra to Monterey to be sure his Touchbar's firmware is updated? Or should this be useless?

A little feedback...
I made a bootable USB drive of High Sierra on this machine. I had to: via Internet recovery wasn't possible anymore. Files were damaged on the server was the feedback.
Because there're lots of programs not compatible anymore with HighSierra, I updated to Catalina from a running HighSierra.

Never any Kernel Panic since this action.
Because the machine runs 9h on a single charge compared to hardly 6h on Monterey, for the time being, he stays on Catalina.
