Hello,

I have a macbook a1707 that had a broken screen,
I replaced it and noticed that I had to wait 10-15 seconds for it to display, it came back 6 months later and it no longer displayed.

I've tested with 5 different screens from A1707/A1990 but nothing changes. When I change the screen I get a low battery logo on the display and then it starts up but nothing happens to the display and I have the shift that works I hear it start up.

I've tried it externally, I get the low battery logo but then nothing.

Same thing with the screen panel plugged in and unplugged.

so it's the same as with the internal screen.

I've tried a 96w charger but nothing changes.
( i have power supply it takes 10A and when i plug the MacBook is take 4A and after is go 1A it meaans the battery is charged )

So you get low battery symbol anytime you connect the charger?
In such case, the battery isn't charging.

But the problem doesn't come from the battery, I've already done all the cross tests that were possible and I know that my chassis is good because I've also tried on my chassis with another functional motherboard. So if you have a solution because the problem comes from the motherboard.

Did you try with 87W, or 96W charger for sure?
This board doesn't turn on with 61W charger and empty battery.
Just in case, test SMC bypass mode.

I had another A1707 with no problems (we'll call it N ), I did some cross-testing
My motherboard works on the new chassis (I have display )
N's motherboard works in the other chassis, but it took a while to display.
My motherboard has no problem, I just need an original A1707 screen.
For me, the problem comes from the screen because it's an A1990/A1707.
Do you think there's a solution with updates for the screen that fits on the motherboard?
