ok, i did new experiment, i replaced the battery and cleaned the board in a ultrasound cleaner.
after I succeed once to boot it from an external drive with high Sierra, but It was wired. Stuck on every operation I will attach photos.
Every 10 sec it stuck and the colors circle appear, and it load.

After I tried on the safe mode it boot and I can enter the system normally.

Without safe mode it take long time on apple logo and restart.

Try to run HWMonitor, if possible.
If runs in safe mode, can be a driver issue caused by some device.
See what happens disconnecting camera.

I run HWMonitor, I have the temperature readings, just this, any other useful information I could get it from the HWMonitor?
how I could check the drivers?

I have douted the touch bar, it works but in the beginning, it was doing random pixel.

if there is a lot of dust inside, could it cause a problem?

Did you try to boot without touchbar?
