A1707 motherboard 2/4 USB-C port not working

Hello,

As I explain in the title I have an 820-00281 board on which the XA and XB ports do not get 20V

The card works on TA and TB

The measures are as follows:

PP20V_USBC_XB_VBUS = 5V
PP3V3_UPC_XB_LDO = 3,3V
PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOA = 1,8V
PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOD = 1,8V
PP1V1_UPC_XB_BMC = 0V ( diode 0,449v)

PP20V_USBC_XA_VBUS = 5V
PP3V3_UPC_XA_LDO = 3,3V
PP1V8_UPC_XA_LDOA = 1,8V
PP1V8_UPC_XA_LDOD = 1,8V
PP1V1_UPC_XA_BMC = 0V (diode 0,442v)

PP1V1_UPC_TA_BMC = 1,1V (diode 0,447v)
PP1V1_UPC_TB_BMC = 1,1V (diode 0,447v)

Nothing seems damaged

1V1 LDO appears only on the chip related with the powered port.
Did you check correctly?

Do you get 3V3_G3H voltage when power through affected ports?
Compare diode mode readings on the input MOSFETs.
