A1707 not powering on

Welcome to the forum!

I don't see any reason for such a big listing.
If you miss a SUS voltage, no S4 possible; of course no S3 and S0 too.
In fact, even S5 is not stable in your case.

Let as know exact 820-xxxx board code...

Hello, sorry for the aestethic. I?m new in the forums...

PP3V3_PMICLDO = 3.29V stable
PP1V25_PMICVREF = 1.24V Stable
PP3V0_G3H = 3V Stable

Related to the RTC Sgnals, I don't have an oscilloscope. Is there any other way to diagnose?

No need of an o-scope.
I was refering to 3 DC signals, RTC_RESET_L, PCH_SRTCRST_L, PCH_INTRUDER_L...

Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and see if you catch higger peak value on the fluctuating signals and voltages.

Also try to start in SMC bypass mode.

I?m not sure if I understood what you mean but in the SMC_ONOFF_L, mesured at the R4911 I?ve got a steady 3.4V.
Related to start in SMC bypass mode, I don't know how to do it. Can you please explain it to me?

I guess that you're talking about what I know as smc reset (10 seconds on power off button). If so, I already did it.

"Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L"
As you have to work with board alone on the desk, use SW5200, or R5226 pads, instead of power button.
In fact, solder an wire on SMC_ONOFF_L and touch any metal plate (temporary contact), simulating power button.

"SMC bypass mode"
Put SMC_ONOFF_L to ground, connect charger, maintain contact 5-10s; board should start when you release SMC_ONOFF_L.

Remember to work with board alone, nothing connected apart of charger (no battery).

Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L repeatedly and check for reaction (pulse) at all PM_SLP_Sx_L; at same time as simulating power button.
First, be sure to get a drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L at same time.

Sorry, I forgot that 3V3_S5 fluctuates...
Remove R7663 and check if stable.
If yes, then check PM_PWRBTN_L reaction.
