Looks like SMC detects a problem in S5 state and cycles SMC_PM_G2_EN.
Check what happens trying to start in SMC bypass mode.

You should have a problem with SMC, or U7800.

Remove R8110 and run a tiny wire from C7653 to C7644.
Se if you get stable 3V3_S5.
If yes, try soldering R7663.

Hi,
just to be sure...

I removed the R8110 and now the 3V3_S5 is 0V.
There is no C7644 (no stuf) and the C7653 is 3.298V.
now, on the pad of the R811, i have 3.4V on SMC_PM_G2_EN and 0V on PM_EM_PVXS5.
Do you still want me to jumper both of them?

"After removing C7653 "
Why did that???
You just need to remove R8110 and inject P5VP3V3_VREG3 to PM_EN_PVXS5.

Sorry, it was distraction...

After soldering C7653 back, both P5VP3V3_VREG3 and PM_EN_PVXS5 has 3.5V, but PP3V3_S5 has 0V
