A1707 not powering on

Follow schematic and try to understand what I've asked you to do.
Pins 12 and 22 must have the same voltage...

Well, after soldering back R8110 and R7663 i get the following in U7650:

PIN 12 = 3.3V
PIN 13 = 1.9V
PIN 22 = 3.6V
PIN 23 = 12.5V
PIN 29 = 05.1V

All these stable?
You should try to resolder R7643 too now.
Do you resolder R8110 and still keep the mentioned wire between C7653 and PM_EN_PVXS5???

Yes, i´ve already solder R7643, and the voltages are all stable.
No, i removed the jumper in C7653

Well, right now it seams to be dead. Out of the blue, over night, it died.
Now in the USB amp it takes 4.98V and 0.14 mA

0.13A is high current in this conditions.
Do you get voltage at R7020?
Check LDO outputs of all CD3215 chips also.
