AMP Meter stuck at 5V.
No short on PPBUS_G3H.
PPDCIN_G3H is 5V.
PP3V3_G3H_RTC is 0V as well.

PP1v8_SLPS2R is 0V
PP1v1_SLPS2R is 0V

Is it U7800?

I asked for basic voltages.
After all time here, you've been read some similar posts.
Giving more signals than expected, missing other important, doesn't help for diagnosis.
So try again: P_IN, AUX_DET, SMC_RST_IN, VDDA/P, EN_MVR, AUX_OK, A/BMON.

Okay, i am learning. Is my readings correct now ?

(P_IN ) PPDCIN_G3H - 5V
(AUX_DET) CHGR_AUX_DET - 1.2V
(SMC_RST_IN) CHGR_RST_IN - 0V
(VDDA) PPCHGR_VDDA - 5V
(VDDP) PPCHGR_VDDP -5V
(EN_MVR) CHGR_EN_MVR - 0V
(AUX_OK) - Could not locate this.
(AMON) CHGR_AMON - Under the shield - Couldnt check
(BMON) CHGR_BMON - 0V

"No short on PPBUS_G3H."
Post diode mode readings to ground, in both directions.

Unfortunatelly, this board doesn't have a fuse to isolate PPBUS_G3H.
Also check diode mode to ground on all other coils; from secondary power supplies, I mean.

PPBUS_G3H checked at C6482.
Red to Ground .467
Black to Ground 2.364.

Coils from Secondary Power Rails - You mean all the big coils ?
Most have diode mode readings of 400 and above
L7290 is 200
L7230/L7210/L7430/l7410 is 0.036
L8102 is .160
