A1989 20V PPVCC_CPU_PH1 no voltage

Hello,
There is no liquid damage or anything similar; the board is very clean.
It charges, and the fan spins. Without the battery, it draws 0.100A.
In DFU mode, it fails at stage 4. The trackpad click works, but there is no voltage on L7430, L7420, L7410, L7210, and L7220.
When I check for a short circuit on L7410, I read 4.8 ohms, so there doesn’t appear to be a short circuit.

All other big coils, apart of CPU's ones, get voltage?
Did you try both revive/restore in DFU?

L8102 : 0,9V
L8100 : 1.2v
LB700 : No Voltage
L7702 : No Voltage
L7600 : 5
L7660: 3

I tried revive/restore modes. The process is interrupted at stage 4.

Any history fault available?

I suspect CPU/PCH in this case.
Check diode mode to ground on CPU coils; compare with good board.
