A1990 not booting into any macOS

The customer complains that they made a restart to the MacBook Pro and then it started refusing booting into macOS.

Sometimes it turns on with a black screen then it shuts off, sometimes it shows the Apple logo only (with the progress bar) and shuts off. SMC, NVRAM were made but did not resolve the issue. Tried getting the MBP into Target Disk Mode and it responded but it does not mount on any other MacBook. T2 DFU is recognized and revive is successful but still not booting into any macOS. I tried booting into Recovery, Internet Recovery and external macOS (hoping Secure Boot is off) but it refused on all those options..

I took the board out and it seemed very well and OK.. squeaky clean and no signs of dust, corrosion or oxidation whatsoever.. I looked everywhere, where the common problem area (around the chicken wings) and where the uncommon problems happen still nothing..

The data is very important; any suggestions?

If DFU revive can be completed, data should be available for recover in DFU mode.
This can be done only by a service with Apple account.
