A2141 - 8020-01700 - Was stuck at 5v, now goes to 20V, no power, current fluctuation

This device came in as a No Power complaint. I noted 5v .400a on all 4 USB ports. Verified no DFU. Noticed U9500 was getting hot and at this point, I noticed we had 20v. With battery charge ribbon cable disconnected, drawing about .150a. With battery charge ribbon connected, current climbs to .700a, then drops back down to .100a. Also R9512 P1 is short to ground.

I looked up U9500 and looks to be something with the onboard storage, but not sure what it does in detail.

Check diode mode to ground on all coils from page 92.
You may have only U9500 burnt, or maybe few NANDs too.

OL at L9580?
Impossible; be sure to check with red probe at ground.

However, if no low readings, try changing U9500.
