A2141 820-01700 2 Right side USB-C ports bad

Clean board, came in with short in pp2v5nand but also has 2 dead ports UB300 and UB400.

Replaced UB300 and UB400 and UB700 and QB701 and also new UB090 reprogrammed with correct firmware.

No, bad cap, macbook boots now but only left side ports charge/activity

Compare diode mode readings between left/right USBC areas.
Use S-UEM2 tester, if available.

Also check UB700 signals when external device is connected to right side ports.
