A2141 installation issue

Hello,
I have a 16 inch MacBook Pro got it with bootloop at startup.
At the first apple loading bar macbook was going off with high fan spin.

I DFU restored with no issue and tried to install Sonoma. Downloaded with no issue and at less than half installation bar, the bootloop started.
It works fine with Catalina and can not install any higher macOS versions.

Any idea?

Change security settings and check if you can boot newer macOS through USB.

Starting in diagnostic mode, reports any error?

No error in diagnostic mode.
if I try to boot from big Sur test external os at 2cm of loading bar
fan spin high and restarts with the message your computer restarted because of a problem.

Than boots fine into login Catalina installed on ssd.

Do some GPU stress test on Catalina.

You can also try to install W10/11 for GPU test.
