However your problem is more complicated.
There are dead NANDs for sure...

i need too L9580, L9581, C9583, C9584, CC910, C9586, R9583, and the rest of the components shown in the photo.

As I said, you have a big problems with the NANDs.
Must come from SAME model board, SAME position; and very likely need to change all of them.
Because you can't get them as new, or from different board model; unless you have dedicated programmer to initialize them properly.

The coils I'm pretty sure are still good, as majority of capacitors and resistors too.
