Hello,

i'm really new here, so please don't judge me ;)

i got this A2141 from a customer - he told me after an update he tried to reboot and nothing shows up.

it stays on 0,23A 5V - when i try to enter DFU Mode by shorting SWK3 it takes ~0,05A - but no device found on another MAC or windows PC too.

i checked with thermal camera nothing strange shows up.

Where should i start? - reflashing U4770? if yes, anyone having the file?

normally my part is recovering data from devices :D

do you think it is possible in that case?

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Update failure should be recovered by DFU.
Not sure if Revive option will solve it; pray for that.
Restore option will erase SSD!

Be sure to force it correctly into DFU manually.

Do not keep the short.
In fact, I recommend to solder external switch; more easy to control, than cutting off the wire.

The problem is that Revive not always help.
Do you get SSD voltages at any point?
Check in Revive process, if not present directly.

Data can be recovered in DFU mode; if can be completed successfuly.
Impossible if you can't get SSD voltages...
