A2159 no power

Hello, i have 820-01598-A board that not powering on. usb-c tester shows that it takes 20v from original charger and going up to 600mA then drops to 430mA and stays . Basic voltages (at least the ones i mesured) are present, cpu is getting hot and missing some voltages

I don't see missing voltages.
EDRAM voltage not present on boot normally, and iGPU nor even later; only when high graphics load is detected.

Any history available?

In case of BIOS issue, try DFU restore.
Be aware, will erase SSD.
You can try revive instead, but not always helps.

Unfortunately I don’t have any history behind this machine
Laptop is not going to DFU mode

turned out that it was bad u2890, after replasing with good one from same board it started to show in dfu mode
now when i try to restore it shows me error (9)

Did you connect trackpad and battery?

Yes, everything was connected

Possibly damaged NANDs...
