Greetings!
I have a MacBook that does not want to power on and is cycling total charging wats from 1W up to 10W and then it resets and starts the whole process over again. I have replaced the entire bottom case assembly with a known good to ensure there were no issues on the parts side, and the issue is persistent. I also checked and I cannot get it to register in DFU mode with Apple Configurator. I checked the board and found no immediately apparent shorts. The PP1V1_S3 line read low and caused a beep in diode mode, but it reads at 5.4 ohms and it looks like it goes into the APU, which leads me to believe that is correct.
That is all of the troubleshooting I have done, I am not sure what else I can try. I appreciate any help you can provide and have a great day!
