A2251 20v restart the power

Hi I have this board that has 20v and current that restarts continuously 0.060 0.010 A I performed the swap of the soc T2 and the ssd nand from the donor board, the board enters dfu mode but the process blocks without returning any error I have no voltage on PP2V5_SSD or on L9030 L9021 or L9020 I checked in diode mode, and I have no low isolation on them the only thing I notice is the voltages that restart continuously on L7817 L7815 around the PMU

Do you note any fluctuation at PPBUS_G3H and 3V3_G3H_RTC?

Compare diode mode readings around U7800 with good board.
Also test with charged battery.

They are both stable obviously PPBUS_G3H and 12.30v

p3v3g3h is stable but I saw that p5vg3s is very low but it does not have any low insulation I tried to replace U7600 for a moment the current rose and then returned to the initial situation measuring on r7609 I note that it tries to rise up to the nominal value and then turns off I do not think it is u7650
