Having short to ground on 2 different power rails, points to NANDs, or U9000.
Remove L/R9030 and check again in diode mode at C9030.
If still short, dead NANDs.

BTW, connect ALWAYS red probe to ground when checking in diode mode; you will never get OL reading!

Removed L9030 and R9030 and with red probe on ground, diode mode at C9030 is 0.000V.

With that I’m assuming the NANDs are gone, I have replaced NANDs before and I’m comfortable with reballing/bgas, but I never ordered the NANDs myself nor have I configured them. Do you know any trustworthy suppliers that would pre program the NANDs or if you think its better to maybe attempt to configure them myself with a JCID?

Sorry for answering now, I couldn’t go to the workshop.
