F7000 both sides short to ground. WIth F7000 removed resistance to ground on F7000 Pin 1 is OL and Pin 2 is 1.4 . If I inject voltage into pin 2, nothing on board gets any thermal reading except Q8102 chip itself.

What is exact resistance to ground (ohm scale) at L8102?
Depending how much voltage you've injected, CPU may be fried now.

1.4 ohms. Pin 1 was open. Injected 1v/1a
