a2289 820-01987-A not turning on, stuck at 5v

Hi, I have a a2289 stuck at 5v 0.065a (both ports same exact reading). 12.28v at F7000. can't find any shorts, seems like voltages are there. Not showing in dfu mode(also tried to force dfu and still doesnt show). Came in from another shop, they said it was working when customer brought it in and needed a battery, they tried to change battery and then it stopped turning on.

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Inspect for damaged connectors and broken traces.
This board should start with 61/87/96W charger alone, without battery; check that.

Do you get correct 3V3_G3H_RTC voltage?

only thing i saw damaged was DZ3302 was missing, replaced from donor board. Doesn't start with or without battery on 96w charger.
3v3_G3H_RTC reading 3.3v

Check diode mode to ground on all big coils; including L9080.
Also check at SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.
