USB C consume 19v 0.230 A
Awake and SLPS2R are present
PPBUS_G3H 12.60v
I can't go to DFU mode.

Be sure to follow all the steps in DFU tutorial.
Machine should enter DFU.
You can try forcing it with SE032 pads.

Yes, finally it go to DFU mode an i tried revive device but it is not working, i have to restore it ?

Did you get error in revive mode?
Restore will erase SSD; probably data lost anyway.

No error during the revive, but still black screen and nothing on the touch bar, just the charging sound when I connect the charger. what to do now ?

How it could be a short and there is no low resistance line to ground ?

Do you believe that only pure short is a problem?
Don't you think that 0.150 reading instead of 0.400 denotes a problem?
I said to compare values; in case you detect big differences.
