A2289 Keeps Restarting

I have a A2289 from a customer. Not much history on it. It keeps restarting every minute or so. Even when trying to install a new OS. The fan spins on high for a second and it restarts. Not able to do anything.

I got a few Panic Medic boot alerts before I was able to erase the device.

It restarts even if you let it on Internet recovery, before choosing network?

Yeah it restarts during everything. Ive just unplugged the touch bar it hasnt restart as yet. Is that a common problem with a touch bar causing bootloop ?

Possibly liquid damage on touchbar.

Help! Am I able to leave any of these unplugged ? It works without those. But can I close the device up or should I not give back to the customer until I replace

You need to disconnect the 3 connectors at same time?

Touchbar needs to be replaced...

yes im asking if i can close the device up with those disconnected for the customer to use her device while i order the part for replacement. Is that possible? can i leave them disconnected
