A2289 not starting

Hi,
Have a A2289 who doesn't start.

From USB C, switch from 5V to 20V and stay at 20V, but with 0.1A.

Voltage I have :

• GENERAL

• AWAKE
  • PP3V3_AWAKE 3.3V
  • PP1V2_AWAKE 1.2V

  • PPVDDCPUSRAM_AWAKE 0.8V
• SLP2R
  • PP1V1_SLPS2R 1.1V
  • PP1V8_SLPS2R 1.8V
  • PP0V8_SLPS2R 0.8V
• SSD
  • PPVCCQ_ANI_SSD0 1.8V
  • PP0V9_SSD0 0.9V
  • PP2V5_NAND_SSD0 2.5V

Voltage I don't have

• PP3V3_S5
• PPVPCORE_S5
• PP1V_PRIM
• PP0V95_S0_CPUVCCIO and all VCC_CORE

Do you have any idea of what to check ?

Any history available?

Do you get SSD voltages?
Is the machine recognized in DFU mode?

No history for this mac
I will edit, yes I have all SSD
Yes recognized in DFU. I did the short of SE032, tried to restore, it goes to step 4, approx 33% and stay. After 30 min I canceled the procedure

Try again DFU disconnecting internal LCD.
Also try with battery connected (holding some charge).
