A2337 820-02016 no image / backlight

Hi,

I have an A2337 820-02016 without image. I get an image on external display (black screen only), but not on internal display.

Already tried a known good display, but still no image / backlight.

PP3V3_SW_LCD = 3.273V
PP5V_SW_LCD = 5.188V

PPVIN_LCDBKLT_F = 12V
PP3V3_S2SW_SNS = 3.2V

INA_LCDBKLT_IOUT starts at 1.388V and then drops to 0.256V

Can you help?

5V_SW_LCD is there too?
What about LPDP_INT_HPD?

HI,

yes, 5V_SW_LCD = 5.188V

LPDP_INT_HPD = 1.151V

No history. Client said it stoped "powering on" over night.

Check diode mode to ground on LPDP_INT lines of JP600.

Did you try M1 screen for sure?
Be aware, Intel screen can kill the CPU.
