A2337 (820-02016A) i cant install

Hello, i have a MacBook A2337 (820-02016A)

i cant enter in dfu mode or in recovery nothing
Is go in the OS but i dont have the password (and the customer too)
i try dfu mode to restore with apple configurator but i cant enter and when i press the on/off button 10 second the mac just start dont go in recovery

Did you use correct DFU port?
Be aware, is not the same as for T2 machines.
