A2337 Not Charging

Works well with a charged battery but doesnt charge. It show the charging sign but the charge doesn't increase.
SCL/SDA lines are okay.

battery percentage shows 71% but won't increase.

What voltages do you get on the board, with charger alone?

PPBUS is 12V.
PP5vS2 is 5V
PP3V8_VDDMAIN is 3.8V

CPU coils get voltage?

3V3_S2 present.
Since it turns on with a charged battery - I am assuming CPU core voltages should be normal.
Which voltages you want me to check?

Did you try DFU?

Gave up waiting for device to transition from DFU state to DFU state. [com.apple.MobileDevice.MobileRestore – 0xFCA (4042)]

While restoring !

You may need to change CD3217 chips.
Try reflashing/changing TBT ROM.

Changed both chips.
Now the amp meter goes from 5V to 20V and reboots - on both ports.

I connected the battery and it worked fine. Now not rebooting even without battery.
