A2338 remains at 5V and 0.018A (The motherboard has not been damaged by water; it is in perfect condition.)
I checked UF500 and UF400; both are fine. We checked them on another motherboard, and they output 20V.
I flashed UF260, but nothing changed.
We even replaced U5200, but nothing changed either.
PP_BUS_AON is at 12V.
PP_3V8_AON is OK.

What do you think the problem is?

We replaced U8100 and U7700.

PP1V5_UPC0_CORE OK
PP3V3-UPC06_LDO OK
PPVBUS_USBC0 5V
USBC0_CC1 1.6V
RF403 I have 0.5V

It does exactly the same thing.

We connected it to the computer and it is not detected in DFU mode.

Afterwards, the computer stays at 5V and does not switch to 20V.

What is the voltage required for it to switch to 20V?

A complex communication, according Power Delivery protocol is required between MacBook and charger.

Do you get 1V25_S2?
Did you change U8100 & U7700 without checking if all their LDOs are present?

Try to put the machine in DFU with DFU Blaster, or using external switch method.

1V25_S2 no value and I have 260 ohms and it is not short-circuited

and I have the same value before changing U7700 and U8100

I tried but nothing works, it does not enter DFU mode
