A2442 destroyed chip

Hello, picked up an a2442. It has 5v on all 3 type c ports so opened it up to check and saw this chip on the board was destroyed alongside missing alot of the resistors.
So the first question is what does it do and can it be replaced?

That is the MPMU (Master Power Management Unit) and the board can't turn on without it!
You can only get it from scrap board.

BTW, the PMUs from 14" and 16" M1 boards are interchangeable.

So the great news is its not tied to the board. Are there any other boards that have the same one other than the 14" and 16"? Otherwise i gotta think as to what i need to do with this machine

Also all the components like the resistors and capacitors around the chip are they the same value on other boards as the previous technician knocked a lot of they off?
