A2442 screen issue

Hello everyone, here again with a problem.
A few days ago I was planning to replace several screens for some MacBook Pro M1 A2442. I know I have to change the identification chips so the new screen will recognize me as original.
It turns out I changed the chips, and the shadow appears at the top of the screen as if it weren't original.
What am I doing wrong?

The other thing that worries me is that the tcon board for the displays is missing some components; there are several diodes. I don't know if that has any relation to the problem. I'll leave some images.

Thank you for your attention.

yes, both chips are from de original screen. 8 machines, 8 screens, all do the same thing. but yesterday I did recovery whit Apple Configurator and it works, now the screen looks normal. I'm now doing the same with the other screens. When I'm done, I'll provide more progress information. Thanks for the reply.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share information about the screens.
I solved the problem by reinstalling the system using Apple Configurator.
Everything turned out spectacularly. The screens look great, there's no more ghosting at the top.
Thank you very much for your attention.

who close the case?
