A2485 820-102382 not powering on

Hi.

Hi have an A2485 820-102382 that seams to try to booy (20V and 0.30A) , but then reboots. It does that on all ports.

Only have schematic fot the 820-02100, and don't know where to start.

No big coil seams to be shorted, and cleibt said it just stoped working. No visible damages on board.

I can't see nothing getting hot on IR cam.

Can you help?

Did you test with known good battery, holding some charge?
Also test the board alone, nothing connected, apart of charger.

I've done both.

Board alone on the working bench, and board alone (with just a known good battery) on the bench.

Same result.

Check the basic power rails and PMUs LDOs...

Everithing seams to be normal (besides rebooting).

The only two things that are a bit hot, are U9400 and L5800.

It is recognized in DFU mode?

Hi.

It isn't recognized in DFU.

The U9400 flashes on the IR camera when it reboots, but I can't see nothing shorted around it.

Does it worth replacing it? If so, can I use one from a different board model?

U9400 is not firmware related and can be replaced.
