I actually can't even see the board number anywhere on this device. I looked it up on ebay to get the number which is apparently 821-04012. It's A2941 SN:LKXCDX6D7P
Anyhow, the customer says they spilled liquid and now the screen doesn't work. External video is working, lcd panel is on, backlight is off. Disassembly revealed a sugary brown substance, maybe coca-cola but very little and was easy to clean off. Once I got the board out and the board shield removed, I see no liquid damage anywhere - the board looks fine. I can't seem to find a BV or schematic for this board. I was hoping to take a look at the backlight fuse if there is one. If nothing else, some information on the backlight circuit of this model would be helpful.
