Post diode mode to ground at L7130 and L7095.
Check U7090 area for corrosion; pay atention to R7095/96.

Post U7090 voltages now.
Also U7100; pins 1, 2, 3, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 27.

Post diode mode to ground at C7092.
If short, remove the caps one by one amd test each time.
If still short, change U7090.
BTW, at least one of R/D7005 is burnt...

Do you get 3V3_S5/SUS with charger only?
Check SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_BATLOW_L and SMC_PM_G2_EN.

Check if SYS_DETECT_L is 0V.
Post voltage and diode mode to ground at SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.
Be sure ISL6259 is properly soldered.

There should be a problem with SMC, or battery.
You can change ISL6259 first, to discard it.
