This board works fine with 85w charger and charge fine but when switch to
45w charger show light on the charger then go off .
tried different 45 w but same result .
assuming there something wrong with PP3v42-g3h ?

Any chance the 85W charger is a fake?

Sounds like it has issues communicating with the charger. Does swapping I/O boards resolve the issue? I/O Cable looking ok as well?
Does the system still detect the charger or not? If it does detect the charger, does it charge the battery from it without the light working?

Just running through the basics before we're digging into circuits

We use only original apple charger
replaced the I/o board flex cable too not charging with 45w no light on the charger and not charging the battery .
but charge with 85w and now tired 60w it is charging .
i found the R7121 missing , soldered new one but still same issue .
not sure if the u7100 is the issue .

Just to be sure, the 45W doesn't get detected by the system at all? Or does it simply just not charge with the 45W?

Voltage of PPDCIN_G3H with the 45W charger connected?

If its charging with 60W+ chargers I doubt U7100 itself is the culpit, I would suspect the SMC the most but even that woudn't explain why it does charge over 60W and 85W chargers. The only difference between those chargers is the voltage slightly...

Does the board look OK physically? Any history?

I just remembered.
In my case, R7012 found degraded to 10k, because of corrosion.
45W charger went to protection mode, no magsafe light at all...

It was charging and working good with 60W and 85W charger too.

2informaticos , you are right , the 45w charger goes to protection status and to use it again even with good working laptop
I must unplug it from the outlet then plug again
but I checked around Q7010 there no corrosion around
and looks clean no burn or damaged chipset.
replaced the R7012 which gives 68k but still same result .:(:(
