We have good working donor. We changed the chip U5340 with the donor and the same problem. The donor worked with patient U5340. So this chip works fine. What else we can check?

As I said, the reading is low, but not enough to easy find something with voltage injection method.

You can continue removing Isense resistors (one by one) from 3V8_AON rail and locate which area causes that low reading.
I talk about RD610/20/90, and so on (page 45).

We made a progress. We changed the chip U5700 and got 20V and 0.15A on USB C meter. It is kind a looping again from 0A to 0.15A. Is there anything we should check before we assemble the laptop and test it?

This should the power line and it is PP3V8_AON > 3.9v. Please advice which power lines I should test. There are many lines here.

RD610
PP3V8_AON: 3.9v
ISNS_MPMUHS_P: 3.9v
ISNS_MPMUHS_N: 3.9v
PP3V8_AON_MPMU_ISNS_VIN: 3.9v

RD620
PP3V8_AON: 3.9v~4.2v
ISNS_SPMUHS_P: 3.9v
ISNS_SPMUHS_N: 3.9v
PP3V8_AON_MPMU_ISNS_VIN: 3.9v

RD690 component is not in presence, nor patient nor donor.

CHGR_PHASE2: 12V
PP5VS2_SW: 5V
