have a new Apple Macbook Pro A1990 which does not power up, no fans, no chime and black screen. tested USB C port and the:

1. when the board on Apple MacBook Pro connected to the battery --> 19.7v 2.45amps. Amps
2. when board directly connect to the charging cable --> 5.10v 0.50amps

P1V1SLPS2R_SW0 - 1.1 V
P1V1SLPS2R_SW1 - 1.1 V

P1V8SLPS2R_FB - 1.8 V
P1V8SLPS2R_SW0 - 1.8 V

PP1V8_SLPS2R - 1.8 V

PP1V2_AWAKE - 1.6 V
PP1V8_AWAKE - 0.6 V
PP3V3_AWAKE - 3.3 V

U3200 gets hot with thermal camera when i plug in any of the type c ports

Compare diode mode readins between all CD3215 chips.

Any history available?

this is u3200 when i plug in any of the ports and the other is when i have the battery connected L7030 and Q7030

If the capacitor is good, then change U3200.
