Led green, change to orange, but no fan spin. too I check IC U7501, U7100 I can't see corrosion

some voltages:

Post U7100 basic voltages; pins 1, 2, 3, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 27.

Do you get 3V3_S5/SUS now?

i fix fuse and now I have short in C7372

Sorry, I was thinking you've replaced the fuse.
Once C7372 is removed, check if fuse is still good.
