DOA - a1990 - 820-01827-a not powering on

the charger goes to 20v - PPDCIN_G3H and battery main goes to 12v- PPBUS_G3H

but customer complaint that before had issued with freezing and had to power off and restart occasionally

and one day just stopped powering on

3.3v present PP3V3_G3H_T
5v present PP5V_G3S



what is the best way from here if data is important please

what is the advice here to check ...list....

The data can be recovered in DFU mode, by authorized Apple service (only).
If you can complete DFU revive (not restore), this is a valid option.
