"the power supply it has a peak of 0.20V for about half a second and then drops to 0.04V"

on the L7260, L7330, L7550, L7510, L7520, L9701, L3895, L7760 coils.
and what I can see in the multimeter are the following values (for approximately 0.5 seconds)

L7260 = 3.5V
L7330 = 1.3V
L7550 = 0.03V
L7510 = 0.09V
L7520 = 0.09V
L9701 = 0.1V
L3895 =1.4V
L7760 = 1.2V

R7402 / 03 are both good.
on L7630 and L7770 they have 0.9V and 1.25V. for that half second.

"Check the pulse on L7630 and L7770" you mean with oscilloscope?

O-scope not really needed, if you can catch a pulse close to nominal value with DC multimeter.

PM_PWRBTN_L still fluctuates?
PM_RSMRST_L and SMC_ONOFF_L steady high?

PM_PWRBTN_L is now stable at 3.44V

PM_RSMRST_L and SMC_ONOFF_L are constantly high.
PM_RSMRST_L = 2.66V
SMC_ONOFF_L = 3.44V
