How could we know/assure that?
Nor even the chinese sellers know that.
They just resell anything...
I recently received "new" TDA8920BTH from China; got them with 20 pins, instead of 24 pins as normal.
These chinese don't have any idea about electronics.
They also get scammed I suppose, just because of missing knowledge...

Try ones from a scrap board.
But you know, these can be "tired" too.
Check at least that are not shorted...
