[help]macbook air 820-01521...seems alive but it's dead! crazy!!

maybe i don't explain in a good way the problem. i will try again:

This macbook is seen in "recovery", when i simply connect its cable to my mac and open AC2. i mean that on ac2 i don'ts see DFU but RECOVERY

if i push crl opt shift and power, i can force it to go to dfu mode.

and when i try to restore or revive, i have always error 4010.

and like you can see from the video, it come back to restore mode.

I tried to explain you that sometime revive doesn't fix problems.
As in my case, restore was completed without error.
If you already tried restore and still failed, the problem may be on the T2, or SSD side.

Few days ago also told you that restore may fail several times and one day completes.
And we can't find any reason for such events...

before trying to restore it, it has 20v... now it's always at 5v and stuck in recovery mode...

Try restore more times; always starting from DFU, not Recovery.
