Hi I’m just revisiting my last four 820-2850

Hi I have 4 820-2850 that had 1/4 fan spin
I’ve done some work on and 1 actually booted and died after with 3 beeps the other 2 820-2850’s start to boot but hang 1.04v on cpuvcore. My magesafe power supply says it starts drawing 1.23amps and when fans spins high it draws 1.43amps from MagSafe.
these three have a fan spinning full speed after a few seconds oftrying to boot.

Try one good DDR module on each slot at a time.
Do you note any voltage drop on VCORE, after 5-10s?

I tried several test ram and nothing same issue. That’s the thing it’s steady 1.05v And I usually see it Go from 1.05 - .825V on a working board. I’ve checked all my u7801 for enables and I have 1.05v.

You can change C9560, just in case.
Or apply hardware mod to disable GPU.

Ok will try this. It seem some bouncing in 10sec it goes down to.999v but not lower than that
Ok so hardware mod is a bios disable gpu for 2010
