iMac 820-00291 with sensor issues

Hi guys,

I do not do iMacs (not very often at least) but this one belongs to a really nice customer and want to give it a try.

High fan speed and the photo is from the temp sensors... I checked for missing thermal sensors (like Q5670 etc) but they are all there.. could it be U5650?

Both U5600/50 are placed in the same I2C bus.
So many temperature errors, related with both chips can't be caused by a sensor fail.
Something blocks correct communication on that bus.

Just in case, test disconnecting webcam.

Any history available?

Wil try that. The iMac was opened for some upgrade by the customer and this happened upon re-assembling it.
