Can you specify which LEDs in page 5?
Did you heat the GPU for test?

The GPU is fine as it is a separate MXM card and I tested the card in a separate machine to ensure it is good.

I followed the procedure and bump onto page 47 where it said replace logic board so I figured it is the board that need to be fixed.

I ONLY look on the schematic when try to help.
You should be able to locate on the same schematic the LEDs which stay on; boardview can help you at this moment.
If the MXM card is good, probably you have some failure on the power on sequence.
So tell us which voltages appear on your board.
Which is stable and which pulses only, if is the case.

First check J8400 power rails, at page 73.
If any missing w/o LCD, check again after connect it.
If any missing w/o LCD, check again after connect it.
