Many.
As you get S0 voltages, then you must have many coils with voltage; which ones?
You've reported missing CPU core, but another coils must get voltage before.

Atm it's staying on 1 Led and not powering on at all even when button is pressed. I get 3.3v on power button and i reprogrammed the bios it powered on few times with it and stopped just stays like that now

Booted but still the same as before with the delay and now it's just no power with 1 led on

If still the same, consider to change the PCH.
