With a known good display it works perfectly. Also there is image on external display.
I would like to know if is there possible solution to this BAD display? I tried another display LVDS (I guess this is the correct name for the flex which connects monitor and motherboard) cable same issue happen.

You've already detected LCD as BAD (expected).
Don't waste time, change it.
BTW, LVDS is the old standard.
