iMac M1 Chip 820-02009 No Power

Device has no power.
No shorts on PPBUS and PP3v8
Probing around the board i found
PP15V8_FAN1_FET
PP15V8_PWR_EN_L_DIV

both were OL.
Is this normal or do i have a track damage somehwere.

Found on youtube. Hooking on PP3V8_AON_PH2 to 3.9V via PSU and then probing PMU_ONOFF_L turns on the iMac Board.
Did the same still wont turn on.

Inserted the Power Cord and probed the ONOFF still the same.

Do you get correct PPBUS_AON and 3V8_AON?

Check PMUs LDOs too.

No Voltage at PPBUS and 3V8_AON. 0V

Diode Mode to ground is
PPBUS_AON is.519
3V8_AON_VDDMAIN is .170

I am unable to check anything as there is absolutely no Voltage on the board.

Check voltage and diode mode at PBUS_CC.

Diode Mode to Ground at .516
Voltage is 1.6V

Checked all Pins of U5200. No Shorts

Randomly Checking big compnents i Found
BKLT_PH2_SOURCE 0.002 diode to ground. Is this okay?

Your problem should be located on the daugther board.

All my readings are for board only. daughter board disconnected.
How to identify the issue ?

i connected the daughter board and plugged in the adapter.
I get 16V at PBUS_AON_PORT_CON.
1.6V at PBUS_CC

But PPBUS_AON and PP3V8 is still 0V

Okay. Forget what i said before.
a lot of components were missing on the board.
Put them back.

Now PPBUS is 16V
PP3v8_AON is 3.8V
