Hello,

I have the following voltage behaviour when connecting the logic board through USB only :
- PP5V0_USB is fine
- VCC_MAIN jumps from 3.8V to 4.2V back and forth
-PP1V8_SDRAM : jumps between several variable values between 0.1V and 1.8V
-PP_BATT_VCC : jumps between several variable values between 0.9V and 3.1V then between 1.0V and 2.6V

The iphone suffered from water damaged and oxydation : I replaced C5202_RF, C5203_RF and C2441.

Thanks for any help on this,

Quick qustion, you actually only connecting usb cable? no battery? You have to have battery for stable voltage, or power supply connected to battery terminal.

This sounds like PMIC failure. This really depends where the corrosion was, so I would follow along that.
