Ok, so how do you know if a cap is fucked? continuity?

I guess my english is as bad as yours, I understood perfectly....lol

visual inspection = if looks bad, is bad
Diode mode = if beeps, is bad
Voltage injection = if gets hot, is bad

Ill second, third, whatever it.... Got one and sits on the shelf. Fn waste of time and money for repairs.

However, if youre buying parts and want to test rated capacitance against actual; maybe only then its beneficial.
