IS IT BRAINDEAD ? 820-01814 Showing 20v but not powering on

Amp meter shows 20v with and without the battery connected but still doesnt power on when pressing the power button.
Before it switches from 5v to 20v im able to click the trackpad... but trackpad goes stiff when it reaches 20v.

History - Touch Bar malfunctioned one day and didnt come back on and a week after that the laptop randomly powered off and has not come back on .

ppbus present but missing PPVCCPRIMCORE_PRIM_REG ( 0v)

Can anyone tell me if those symptoms mean that it is Braindead or is it stuck in DFU. i have no working mac to test DFU

You should get another Mac and try DFU.
It is probably not stuck in DFU now, but is an option to try.

Did you check any voltage on the big coils?

I have connected it to a 96w charger and got 19.6v 7.56a but still didnt get a fan spin or any display.
i only got that one time.

now its back to giving me 20v 0 with 96w charger

Test the board disconnecting touchbar.

And please, get another Mac in the service for DFU; is a must have!
